The Blood Bowl just completed it's remodeling. It is twice the size with a vert wall, over-vert pocket, big volcano and new hips. In my opinion it is the best indoor bowl in Minnesota.

As previously mentioned, The Dark Arts Blood Bowl in Minneapolis, Minnesota is under major construction. The new additions will double the bowl's size.
Because the owners of the Blood Bowl are fine, upstanding members of society, they went to the City of Minneapolis to make sure all of this construction is up to code. The City of Minneapolis told them they need to install a fire sprinkler system underneath the standing decks of the bowl. The first bid was $6,000.00. The second bid was $8,400.00. The Third bid was $9,400.00. The owners threw a party with local bands and had a raffle to raise money to offset the cost of the sprinkler system.
It was a great time. It started with a skateboarding session at 6:00 and ended at CAUSE sound bar in Minneapolis (I left at 1:30). We had a great session and a great time at the bar. The highlight of the evening had to be when Minneapolis Local Michael Popowski, known for his tremendous skateboarding skill, blew the crowd away at CAUSE with his amazing performance. Aside from being an exceptional vocalist and guitarist, Mr. Popowski was dressed as a centaur. His band is called Brown Secret.

The Blood Bowl is under major construction and is going to double in size and triple in gnar quotient. This is the best place to skate in Minneapolis. Beers, buds and skateboarding, what more could a guy want?
This was a great session. I usually skate on Wednesday nights and there is quite a large crowd. This was Friday night and it was just Cesar, Schmitty and I. It was a good night to go for an invert on the high wall with hand on coping. Like so many other worthwhile adventures in life, it took effort, overcoming adversity and good old balls.
